Dick Whittington

November 2013. Networks Theatre’s 12th Annual pantomime was the much loved tale of Dick Whittington and his Cat! The show, written and directed by Nick Moore, tells the story of our hero Dick as he travels to London with his best friend Fluffy the cat.

With his mother Dame Winifred Whittington in tow he’s convinced the streets are paved with gold. Dick soon finds work at Alderman Fitzwarren´s cheese shop and falls in love with the Alderman’s daughter, Alice. But soon everything starts to go wrong as the dastardly King Rat and his army of rats appear intent on world domination!

This classic panto story is was presented in a wonderful purpose-built theatre space. Packed with brilliant songs and choreography, side-splitting comedy the Networks’ panto is always a guaranteed great night out!
